You will explore many natural wonders on this 8 night 9 days safari to Uganda, you will visit lake Mburo national park, bwindi  N.P, kibale, Queen  Elizabeth national park

Detailed itinerary

Day1:  Arrival

Upon your arrival you be transferred to your booked accommodation for an overnight stay at Elephant safari village, Cassia lodge, Hotel Africana, Sheraton Hotel

Day 2: Transfer to Lake Mburo national park

You will be met by our safari guide/ driver at your accommodation by 7:00am gets you briefed about the safari and later transfer you to Lake Mburo national park. Have a stopover at equator crossing here will have an experience how the difference forces of nature operate before heading out to taste the local snacks on your way to Masaka. with a scenic drive and views to the long Ankole horned cattle, arrive at the park in time for lunch, then after lunch you may decide to take a natural walk through flora and fauna culminating into a ‘’salt lake’’ where will be fortunate to see a minimum of 4 different species of animals while they lick the salty soil. There after retire in time for dinner at your booked accommodation at. Lake View Hotel, Rwenyo Tented Camp (budget) Arcadia Cottages (mid-range) Mantana and Mihingo (luxury)

Day 3: Game drive and boat cruise

This morning after breakfast you will go for a half day game drive to catch up with various species of animals, games to see include zebra, elephant, warthogs, eland, impala, Uganda kobs, waterbuck, buffaloes just to mention but a few, or opt for birding through Rubanga Forest for an opportunity to see over 40 species of birds that live at the park. After the activity take a slow drive back to the lodge for relaxation and lunch, after lunch go for a two- three hours boat ride on the Lake Mburo, this activity provide more opportunity to come up with more various species of animals that can be seen clearly while on a boat, these include schools of hippos, crocodile, many bird species that live and feed on the lake, buffaloes and elephants may be spotted at the shoreline. Day 4: Transfer to bwindi national park

After breakfast with packed lunch embark on a transfer to bwindi impenetrable national park a home of the endangered mountain gorillas over 400 individuals live in this park, enjoy a fantastic drive with good views all through. Arrive at the park in the late afternoon; check into your booked accommodation, the evening is reserved for leisure as you warm for the most interesting activity on earth gorilla tracking. dinner and an overnight at Buhoma Lodge, Chameleon Hill lodge, Lake mutanda Lodge, mahogany lodge (luxury), Silverback Lodge, Gorilla safari Lodge, Gorilla Mist Camp (mid-range), Engazi Lodge, Ruhija Gorilla Friend camp, Gorilla Valley Lodge, Buhoma Community Camp Ground, Wagtail (budge)

Day 5: Gorilla tracking

Early morning breakfast and then after the guide will transfer you to the park headquarters for a briefing about gorilla tracking and also gets you assigned to a gorilla group. After follow the ranger guide to the forest to begin the activity which is regarded as the most fascinating activity on earth. Gorilla tracking is fabulous fan to watch in their natural habitat, however reaching to the gorillas is unpredictable as it can take a half or full day in the jungle looking for our close relatives, and since tracking is done in the rainy forest it can rain at any time so a reasonable degree of fitness is recommended as well as tracking gears like long sleeved shirts and blouse, strong shoes/ boots, jacket, bottled water and sometimes packed lunch.

Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Wake up leisurely for a hearty breakfast after you will embark on a 5-6 hours’ drive to queen Elizabeth national park one of the most Uganda’s bio diversity parks. We shall pass via the southern sector of the park Ishasha sector famously known for its tree climbing lions and if lucky we shall spot them, enjoy lunch en-route (Ishasha river camp) after we shall head to the park, game drive on the way is superb games expected to see include, water bucks, warthogs, elephant, buffaloes among others. Arrive in the evening, check in to your booked accommodation for dinner and an overnight at, Mweya safari lodge, Katara Lodge, Jacana safari lodge (luxury) Kyambura game lodge, Ihamba lake side lodge, Simba safari lodge (mid-range), Hippo Hill lodge (budget)

Day 7: Game drive and launch cruise

Wake up early for a cup of tea or coffee and then after drive to the kasenyi area of the park to catch up with various species of animals that rush out from their hideouts, animals expected to see include elephant, leopard, lion, buffaloes, waterbucks, warthogs, primate species like baboons alongside various species of birds such as the martial eagle, black rumped buttonquail, verreaux’s eagle owl and African skimmer to name but a few. The guide is readily available to give you relative information on any flora and fauna you meet on the way in order to make your safari is interesting. After the activity you will be driven back to the lodge for full breakfast and lunch. After lunch you will embark on a two hours launch cruise on the kazinga channel that connects lakes Edward and Gorge for more opportunity to view various species of animals and birds that live and feed on the lake, view a thousand of Hippos, crocodiles, birds like the fish eagle, egrets, lucky visitors may also get chance to see the rare shoe bills, buffaloes and elephants may also be seen along the shorelines. Day 8: Transfer to kibale forest national park

This morning after breakfast you will be transferred to kibale forest national park a Uganda protected park that hosts over 13 species of primates most of them are difficult to see in other parks. These 3-4 hours’ drive will give you an opportunity to view the Rwenzori Mountain sometimes referred to as the mountains of the moon. Arrive in time at the park for lunch, after lunch enjoy a nature walk where you get chance the view the crater lakes around the park, don’t forget to ask your guide to take you to the necked Adam and Eva tree. Come back for dinner and an overnight at (luxury) kyaninga lodge, Primate Lodge kibale, Ndali Lodge, (mid-range) kibale forest Camp, Rwenzori View Guest House, Chimps Nest lodge (budget) Chimpanzee Forest Guest House.

Day 9: Chimp tracking and bigodi swamp sanctuary

Wake up early for breakfast at the lodge, then after you will follow the guide to the park headquarters at Kanyacha to receive a short briefing about the chimp tracking, then after the ranger guide will lead you to the forest to begin the activity possibly the most interesting activity at the park. Chimps are so interesting to watch when playing in fruitful trees and on tree branches. Meeting chimps is unpredictable it can go from 1-6 hours in the jungle searching for them, so a reasonable degree of fitness is needed, ounce they are met you strictly allowed to stay with them for only one hour while observing their behaviors and also taking their photos. Other primates will also be seen during chimp tracking such as the black and white colobus monkey, baboons, civet monkey, grey checked mangbay, Lheast monkey among various species of birds. After head back to the lodge for lunch and relaxation, then in the evening we shall go for another activity that bigodi swamp sanctuary this place is a good viewing position for various species of primates, birds, butterflies among other species. Dinner and an overnight at (luxury) kyaninga lodge, Primate Lodge Kibale, Ndali Lodge, (mid-range) kibale forest Camp, Rwenzori View Guest House, and Chimps Nest Lodge (budget) Chimpanzee Forest Guest House.

Day 10: Departure

This day is reserved for departure, after a heavy breakfast, we shall embark on a drive back to Kampala, stopover at Mbambire a local place known for making drums admire and buy some of the locally produced product, stop also at the equator for photography and snacks, after head to Kampala/Hotel/at the Entebbe airport to meet your departure flight back home
